He is signed. I am the owner of his team, but he is a friend of mine outside GLB. If he wants to go somewhere to get more playing time, I support this. However as WRs are tough to come by, don't send me low-ball offers...and you'll have to get him to send a PM approving your team. I'm not sending him just anywhere, needs to be a place he wants to go.
