Will be level 8 tonight. I boost, will buy custom EQ. I read team forums for player instructions. I don't expect to start, but of course PT is expected. I don't need a huge salary or bonus, just enough to train...although I do expect a 10k bonus to purchase equipment upgrades. 1 year max contract to start, if you run a good team I'm always willing to re-sign for longer term.
I should add...I still have all 3 boosts left, and 25 SP's unspent..waiting for agility to train enough to put SP's up to the soft cap.
