Week 8 Round up
OK lets start with Alpha (it makes sense, it's first!) The Wild Boars managed a good win against the Avengers, contrary to the power rankings...so i think it must have been VERY lucky
The Goodfellas & Brussels fought out a very close game with the mafia dons coming out on top 14-13 in a game with 1 TD, a safety & 6 FG's!
The pissed off Celts put up a good fight against the Tigers restricting them to a, respectable, 17-6 victory.
The Sentinals beat the Storm 26-9 thanks in part to 125yrds from HB Jeremy Johnson.
In the big game in Alpha this week the Eagles & the Dream Bolts came face to face in what would be a battle of Paris' passing game Vs Eindhovens Rushing game and Eindhoven won 28-9!
In Zeta the Vikings won easily against the Spartans being the first team to shut them out this season!
The Whalers & Lightning contested a very close high scoring game with the much improved Lightning coming out on top 37-35.
The Demons were comfortable against the Panthers 68-0 and there were also comfortableish wins for the Romantics & Hippos.
