WEEK 8 WRAP-UP:
There were really no surprises in the East this week. The American Cardinals smashed Minneapolis, but who hasn't ? Windycity bounced back after a tough loss to Beer Town in week 7. Whats going on with WindyCity anyways ? Could they be the best 3 loss team in A 2 ? In other news, Choctaw shuts down The AggieFans, but fails to get much going on offense. Maybe they feel that Defense wins Championships ? Also in the East, VEGAS ran up the score on Florida, while Windsor drops 38 on Milwaukee ! 38 must be the magic number for Windsor as they also scored as much on the AggieFans in week 7. Beer Town and Hollywood continue there winning ways and remain as the only undefeated teams in the East. Iowa City is also looking good with a 7-1 record. Leroy Jenkins says "I DEMAND A RE-MATCH WITH HOLLYWOOD" I couldn't really make out the rest of what he was saying, but it had something to do with an OT loss.
In the West, the Memphis Mutha Suckas won the much anticipated battle against the Pasadena Fighting HellFish for 10th place. I know that this is going to sound odd, but the West actually had a competitive game this week ! Somehow the West Coast Llamas upset the Yazoo City Saints ! The only explanation that I can think of is that Yazoo must have used the same gameplan against the Llamas that they used against Atlantic City ! The rest of the West was no shocker. Several blowout wins against teams that should think about joining the D-leagues. The West is doing its best attempt to keep pace with the East by having 2 undefeated teams as well, Lincoln and San Fran.
