The Seattle NEThawks have been in a tail spin as of late and I'm going to appologize to our D coordinator for posting this but I figured I'd put it out there so that everyone knows and can lend whatever type of spiritual support they feel nessecary to this family:

From NEThawks Forum:
For my lack of time on GLB this week and our subsequent losses. I also apologize for my lack of time in the future, our youth football league is starting next week where I will be helping out with my son's football team the Broncos. However, the young man that was suppose to be the Quarterback for this season, was killed in car wreck on Tuesday. His Uncle was taking him to the movies and was a Diabetic, his blood sugar dropped and he had a seizure, and flipped his truck. Nobody was wearing their seatbelt and dead 11 year old kid. So we have had a team meeting on Wednesday, and there was a vigil last night the the whole team was apart of, and as of Monday we will start practice for 2 hours a night.

So I would like to offer woofin, Dhogdges, Partial, and Jet if you guys think anything needs adjusted on defense, feel free to help me out. I will check in everyday but I don't know if I will have the time to scout the opponents and stuff like that.

Thanks.

Totally. Life has been happening for a few members of our team, sometimes you've gotta take a step back.

Well the good news is that since all of us are spending too much time here, we have dozens of more people thinking about us when we need support.

I wish him luck. That is a difficult thing to get through.

Things like this remind me that this silly little game isn't very important.

I wish him the best.

I am sorry for the loss.

My Girlfriend is a type 1 diabetic she was diagnoised at 12 yrs old We have two children and there is not a day that goes by where I do not fear something like this. 2 years ago she lost a VERY close friend due to driving and blood sugar going low. They where friends/neighbors thier hoole life and came to find out they where both diabetic at about the same time. While at work I call her several times through out the day to make sure she is ok. My son (6yrs old) has been taught to read signs of her going into coma and who to call and what to do.

Crazy stuff happens when you least expect it and life has it ways of making even the greatest people humbel them selves at what life can lead you too.

Again I am sorry for your loss and hope that everything works out.

Wow, tragic...I am taken back by this reality check. Everyday we get to live on this earth is a gift.

Things like this are especially hard for kids, and I'm sure Us2Plus2 has alot on his hands with his boy. My little brother's best friend died when they were around 11 years old, and I saw how much it changed my brother's life at such a young age, and alot of the kids around them.
