The difference for most teams is pretty noticeable. FS is easier to build, easier to see good results, but limited. A lot of owners will relegate you to "Last line of defense" mode where you play cover 1 or cover 2 and stay 5-10 yards off the ball. Some will let you play man, but most QBs won't throw it your way since you'll almost always be double covering a WR.

SS is a little more advanced. They play run support more often and single cover the TE frequently.

With a FS you want good speed, vision, then agility and now with the new out of control break-tackle mania, you at need plenty of tackle. SS typically had to build both speed and strength attributes and took longer.

The game is evolving season to season, but I'd go with whatever looks the most interesting. I prefer FS, but if you have the stomach for it, a great SS is hard to come by and will be far more valuable than a well built FS.

I only have a FS. I didn't realize untill now that SS do in fact have a nicer SA tree. Is there any penalty playing a SS at FS ?

Like 5% penalty or somethin... really small one.

I decided to go with building a Balanced SS tell me what you guys think of his build so far.

Reroll, put all your equipment into stamina so you get more plays... then when u get out of the D Leagues just sell the stamina equipment and get some real shit...

Thats only between humans isnt it? I thought that if you were the only human player for that position it would try to give you all the plays. My FS has been getting about twice as many plays as the CPU on the team.

Yea its only beetween human players.If it is you and a Cpu player then you will get most of the plays
