Carthage vs. Hippos
Carthage almost pulled off the quality game over Egypt. It looks like their on their way to being the Carthage of old. This game should provide a nice little morale boost for the troops.
Algeria vs. Nigerian Nightmares
This is an interesting matchup. Algeria finally put up a W against Casablanca and got their heads out of their collective asses regarding game planning. Meanwhile Nigerian put up 21 points on the Bombers, but got blown out giving up 49 of their own. I don't think Nigerian will be able to do enough up front and Algeria will get their second W of the season if they can manage to not mess up the game plan.
Gunston vs. Freetown
The Drunks offense has been as potent in the early parts of the season while Freetown has played some close games against better competition. I look for Gunston to stay on a roll though and take this one by 10 or more.
Nigeria Warriors vs. Madagascar
The Warriors' only two wins this season have come against the Hippos and Ballaz, which isn't saying a whole lot. Madagascar has been up and down barely being able to score a touchdown in some games but holding opponents to low points on other weeks. This is a tough pick, but my pick is Madagascar, despite their inconsistency as Nigeria's offense in anemic against decent defenses.
Casablanca vs. Cairo
This is a rough game to pick. Both teams reached the playoffs last season, but are struggling in season 4. I'm going to pick Casablanca though. Casa hasn't had the success of last season, but they've played tougher competition closer than Cairo has. The Eagles should climb back to even as the Mummy Warriors fall to .500.
Luxor vs. P-Town
Luxor takes advantage of P-Town's weak defense to take this one.
Egypt vs. Congo
Congo's played tougher competition than Egypt by far and have put together a more convincing win streak. However, Egypt's offense could go different ways to try and take advantage of Congo - I just don't see it happening though. Congo takes this one to remain undefeated.
