We've never even sniffed the playoffs before so never had to worry about it, just wondering what the target number is to make it to the bonus $$ games

9 wins should get the job done in alpha

Probably 10 wins would do it in Zeta, we'll see how it goes though.

Slight misread for me, whoops! While 9 wins should get you into the playoffs, you'll likely need atleast 12 and/or tiebreaker to get a home playoff game for "bonus $$"

With the amount of gimme games in Zeta this year, 9 wins doesn't guarantee a playoff spot in that conference. I agree that a 10-6 team takes 8th.

I think 8 wins will sneak a playoff birth in Alpha.

you need to be in the top 4 to guarantee any playoff $$. If you come 7th and lose your first game ..no money

If you come 7th and win your first game..but your second game is against the #1 ....again no money.

pretty much if your are 7th or 8th..you won't see the big cash.

Yes you get like 100K for making it to the play-offs. But the big cash comes from selling tickets for home game (x3 normal seems the rate) and big consession reveunue....these can easily add up to almost 2 million per game.

thanks for the input guys, we are really just excited at the chance to get in there. and since we only won one game last year, kinda curious
