Serahei Martynov, appointed from the above Federal Institution by the Minister, Yevgeny Vorsin, will now speak on behalf of the B.D.M. in conjunction with the Eastern European A GLB league.
He is a national hero, earning bronze in the 2000 Olyimpics for men's 50-meter rifle prone (September 21).
Unfortunately, he is unable to speak English due to a combination of alcoholism and head trauma. His dictations will be translated by the Deputy Minister Nikolai Ananyev, who also unfortunately does not speak English due to complications derived from an ill fated game of "Yahtzee" but has become adept with Babelfish and a version of the popular Microsoft Text to Speech program.
We hope that his knowledge and experiance will help us extend the hand of international friendship with the unique flavor and pride of the Belarusian gaming spirit and not make us look like jackasses.
