Alright, I had some problems with the new login procedure this weekend, so I didn't get that figured out until late last night, and figured I might as well wait until today's games were over to post them.
But, here they are.
New formula this season, as I described in the previous thread, I'll post the important part of that after the rankings for those who didn't get a chance to read that.

Well, I've revamped the rankings, and calculated a final ranking for last season (mostly, some of the team name changes have made calculating the recent game aspect a pain in the ass, so I'm not dealing with those until the season actually starts), but this gives us the meat of the rankings.
The rankings this year are greatly simplified, and mainly based on two stats.
1) Per Game Success Factor
2) Quality Opponents
The Per Game Success Factor is loosly based on the DVOA stat published by The Football Outsiders: http://www.footballoutsiders.com/
where a team gets points per play bases on how well they move the football. Up to 1 point per play, with bonuses for TD's, FG's, long plays, and moving the ball inside the red zone. This value is calculated for both team in a game, and the value used is the difference between the two teams. As an example, the week 1 game between the Lincoln Navigators and the LA Arsenal.
Lincoln accumulated a Success Factor score of 51.44
The Arsenal racked up a Success Factor score of 19.58
Lincoln then came out of the game with a Success factor of 31.86, while the Arsenal ended with a Factor of -31.86.
The Success Factor presented here tonight is a season long cumulative value (regular season only). FWIW King Donalt had a score of -1222.36, while, the highest was WindyCity with 601.09.
The second factor is a Quality Opponent Factor. This is simpler to explain. If you beat a team, you get 1 point for every win they have, if you lose to a team, you get -1 point for every loss they have.
Each of these factors is scaled from 0-100 and added to get the final score, which is then ranked.
As the season progresses, the scores will change a bit, as I am planning on adding a few more points based on the most recent 4 games (to reflect teams that are hot or not), but it will be pretty similar to this.
No ST rankings, no defensive rankings, no Offensive rankings (although I'm sure some of you will call these rankings offensive...Zing!!). Everything is wrapped up in one nice little package with the Success Factor.
Thanks,
StickMan
