Next grudge match: Aug. 27th, 2008. The Diabolicals travel to S.F. once again, to reheat the storied rivalry. Second seed could very well be in the balance.

Book it now folks!!!

Oh, there's a big grudge match on schedule for Beer Town whether they know it or not.

The Warsaw Warriors were originally owned by IcecoldBeer, who proceeded to abandon the team entirely. After a hard season or two of rebuilding, we're back and ready to show him what he could have been the owner of, rather than just his current role as a small part of a good team. When the idea of a scrimmage came up, several of us hunted his new team down and now our game is scheduled.

Icecoldbeer is a member of the Purple Dragons. When we started on the game we really didn't have any idea what we were getting into and people were all over the place. I brought him back in to the PD teams and he sold his team. If you want to call it a grudge match that's fine. We'll see you on the field.

Believe me this is more important to you than it is to us.

I believe he is referring to the fact that he started all his own players, started CPUs in front of humans, drained all the cash, went inactive and sold the team without letting anyone know.

Sorry guys. Glad to see that you are a competative team now, so can't we make this a friendly game where both teams can learn something to help them better understand the AI and put together better gameplans in the future?

Something along the lines of telling each other what kind of O and D we are running so that we can see how a certain style works against another. These kinds of games can be fruitful if they are used to enhance one's knowledge of the game.

I see they say they are open for it, but I don't think thats what they had in mind in their revenge challenge. More scrims should be like this though to learn how all these new settings work. Makes it easier when you know what you are supposed to defend

During his tenure as an owner, icecoldbeer was nonexistent. He ignored the whole team, whether it was in the team forum or thru PM.

It's quite evident what the situation was. We were nothing more than a farm team for his players.

He could of at least had the stones to keep the team informed as to what he was doing or what his intentions were, but obviously he was to chicken to do so.

In all honesty, I hope you guys feel better and can put the ghost of your former owner behind you.

Anyway, what caused us to get our asses so kicked in the 4th? That was pretty lose right there.
