over our last 4 games we have been giving up HUGE amounts of rushing yards. I even set the run D % higher and blitz more but still can't. Is there anyone here who knows and effective strategy at stopping the run. And if you do cn you please PM me. I'm not looking for definite things i should do, just suggestions.

First off, the last game you played - the opponent's O-line is all level 18-19, and your D-line has a level 13 and 14 DT's, who are probably going to get pushed around a lot.

Also, there are a handful of D-line that I see are CPU players. Ouch.

I can't see any of your D-line's builds, but they're already smaller than the team you're playing, and if their builds aren't exactly optimal as well - they're going to get pushed around a lot.

Your linebackers are undersized (level-wise) for the competition and you have no depth there at all. They're taking way too many snaps against bigger and probably better competition. By the second half I'm guessing they're completely wiped.

Your secondary is also kind of small for the competition, but at least you have depth so that helps a little.

But yeah, a lack of depth (and resorting to CPU players) is killing your line, and for containment on the run - your LB's are small and far too few.

That'd be my guess, your mileage may vary.
