Yes, they are out, and there was LOTS of movement! The Vikings stay on top in the most recent poll due to a impressive offense.

Biggest riser: Kelona Outlaws (5 spots)
Biggest Faller: Montreal Canadians (8 spots)

Team Name---------------------Record----Prev #

The Playoff teams:
1) Vinland Vikings------------(3-0)-----1
They just keep on marauding
2) Halifax Hashishim----------(3-0)-----3
Impressive victory against a very good team
3) Saskatchewan Sasquatches---(3-0)-----4
Showing why they were season champs one season ago
4) Queen City Black Cats------(3-0)-----2
How do you give up 13 points to the #32 team?
5) Cheyenne Mountain Air Force(3-0)-----5
Almost like they invented the forward pass
6) Saskatoon Guerillas--------(3-0)-----6
Dark horse team of the season
7) Cold Lake Wolverines-------(3-0)-----8
Consistently beating the teams they should
8) Sudbury Spartans-----------(2-1)-----12
Impressive blowout over what should be a good team. Only loss was to #5 Cheyenne
9) Nebraska Husker Maniacs----(2-1)-----7
Narrow loss brings the shame of broken guarantees
10) Calgary Thunder-----------(2-1)-----14
Only loss was to #6 Saskatoon. Better than the sum of their talent
11) Vancouver Vindicators-----(2-1)-----13
Offense starting to come to life
12) Revelstoke Revolution-----(1-2)-----10
Talented team with a very tough schedule so far
13) Manitoba Icemen-----------(2-1)-----15
Proving that they are still in contention for a home playoff game
14) Red Deer Blue Elk---------(2-1)-----18
After a disappointing first loss, they are hitting their groove
15) Hillsburgh Hillbillies----(2-1)-----16
Two straight shutout wins has these in-breeders back in the thick of things
16) Destruction Bay Dragons---(3-0)-----20
Another huge blowout against players worse than your grandma

Still competing for the playoffs:
17) Montreal Canadiens--------(2-1)-----9
How do you get blown out like that with all that talent?
18) Calgary Wrestlers---------(2-1)-----11
Slipped by the bad teams, got blown out by a good one
19) St. John's Salty Dogs-----(1-2)-----19
Get their first W of the season
20) Winnipeg Warriors---------(1-2)-----17
Another talented team not playing up to their talent; schedule isn't helping

Need a miracle:
21) In San Jose Pimpin Aint Easy(0-3)---24
Maybe winless, but has some spunk
22) Kelowna Outlaws-----------(0-3)-----27
Jump up five spots while losing? More an indication of those behind them then this team
23) Saskatchewan Beavers------(0-3)-----21
Probably better than their current ranking
24) Portsmouth Cavaliers------(0-3)-----23
Talented team keeps getting blown out
25) Flint Tropics-------------(1-2)-----25
Gets an easy W against the #30 team
26) Quebec Boreal-------------(2-1)-----22
After two pansies, they play a big dog and get crushed
27)Toronto Smoke--------------(0-3)-----26
Smoke has never been the hardest thing to run through

Not a chance:
28) Iqaluit Arctic Wolves-----(0-3)-----28
Can't seem to do much right
29) Castlegar Crusaders-------(0-3)-----29
The guaranteed W for anyone in the west
30) Barkmere Bulldawgs--------(0-3)-----30
Worse than even their talent would make you believe
31) Peterborough Preachers----(0-3)-----31
Only chance for a victory? Week 11 vs Bloodweiser
32) Bloodweiser Bugle All Stars(0-3)-----32
At least they scored this week

Umm...yes you have had 3 huge blowouts. But they were against the 3 worst teams in the league. Those blowouts were to be expected.
