They helped gut a team that I was on and they expect me to be happy to play on their team. Don't trust them...If they contact you with an offer...Just run.
I'm not drawing a conclusion either way, I'm just saying that that seems like the team he was complaining about.

We didnt gut his previous team, not even close. All he had to do was request a trade and we would have honored that. He instantly posted threats of making his player useless and saying he would be a pain in the ass for as long as he was on the team. Our GM said he would trade him for cash value of his player and he flipped out. He owns his own team and could have made the trade right away but he just kept bitching and bitching. I joined the Rangers last season and I am thrilled with my team.

Season 2, this league was great. Always had great writeups and game predictions. Season 3, the whole league forum turned to Elf hatin, and a single player on Great Plains. Lets not get this started.

Alright, I was one of the guys who paid attention to the situation from roughly 1am to 5am on the day of the gutting.
It began with one of the Dodge City Six Shooters (who are now the tots, as kmart has pointed out) GMs trading one of his players. He then announced a few hours later that the team was disbanding and players wanted out. He and the other GM (no owner yet...) started trading away players left and right. Around 1am to 2am when I was trying to acquaint myself with the situation, the owner came in. I PMd him asking what he was looking for in a trade, and the response to my PM was simply 'wheres the thread'. I directed him to it and he announced that the 2 GMs, who he had immediately removed upon returning home from his bachelor's party (which did not go well at all, so he was already in a horrible mood) and that the gutting was over. He tore into the GMs, said he had PMd support, and tore into the GMs again.
At this time, the GMs told their side of the story, and a number of traded players actually came to the thread and corroborated that side of the events that resulted in everybody wanting off the team. It had begun with the owner taking his own players off and saying he was quitting.
After lots of bitching back and forth and many comments from the peanut gallery (myself included, admittedly) the owner of the team announced that he didn't give a damn anymore and that "the players can rot for all I care, I only give a shit about myself and you can quote me on that". Eventually, with many of us going to bat for the players left behind on a gutted team, he changed his mind and said he'd finish the job that was started and send the remaining players to good homes.
The Buffalo Rangers acquired 3 players via trade, and the other 2 have been nothing but class acts the whole way. Rabeezz, well...that's another story.
