Okay, I announce this as game of the week which I forgot to do in last week's predictions. Last time these two teams met were in the playoffs where the Lions won. Now can they repeat their performance? After a loss I think so. I'm still wondering how much that Chemistry has an impact on the game...
Lions win at home in a nail-biter, 17-23.
Calumet Wolverines at Buckeye Nation
The Buckeye Nation get its home opener and I don't think they'll disappoint. After shutting out the Mobsters in their last game I expect the Nation to continue a dominant D and keep the other team's scoring to a minimum. The offense should be able to score once a quarter and thus in turn leads to a win by the Buckeye Nation. Sorry Wolverines I don't think you'll get your win till next week...

Cape Verde Kings at Tanzanian Morning Wood
Another game of the week runner up. I am quite interested in seeing the outcome of this game since it is two of the new teams in the Lion Conference fighting it out. I have my money on the Morning Wood though because they looked dominant against the Wolverines and should have score more points if there hadn't been a wacky sim and AI system On the other side I still don't doubt the Kings because they did beat the Lions who made it to the Conference Championship last season.
Morning Wood wins 23-27.
Kalahari Vikings at Cape Town Billievers
This should be an easy game for the Billievers, although not too easy. I have the Billievers winning by a few TDs in this one showing that they are for real this year. Don't get me wrong though the Vikings have improved a bit I think they will have a better record this season compared to before.
Final score Vikings 7, Billievers 24
Madagascar Mobsters at Zamunda Prince Akeem Joffey
The Mobsters are riding a 17 game losing streak, have a roster filling up with CPUs and are trading some of the remaining human Agents... all in all I'm saying the Mobsters will lose to the Prince, and lose big. Maybe not 37-0 like their previous loss but close to that, I wouldn't be surprised if it was a bigger though blowout.
The Prince of this Conference wins it 3-34.
Niger Mambas at Burundi Scorpions
I got last weeks game wrong with the Mambas but this time I'm still going to say that they'll win. The Scorpions didn't look too good in their loss to the Vikings and the Mambas had a very close game with an even team in the Prince Akeem Joffey team. At worst I think it'll be a close game but my final opinion is that the Mambas win by a couple of scores. At least the Scorpions have maxed Chemistry to rely on too...
Mambas win it 16-7.
Oum-Chalouba Zebras at Nairobi Warthogs
The Zebras and Warthogs come off losses against some of the better teams in the league and they both loss big (while the Warthogs just got blown out). The only good thing the Warthogs have is Chemistry and an O-line and you can't just win with an O-line. They better have some great builds, hax AI settings and a wacky sim to win this one. Otherwise I'm siding with the Zebras in this game.
Final score in favor of the Zebras 31-13.
Okay this for some reason took longer than I expected... and in case you haven't noticed I'm now releasing these earlier than usual. Last season I would post this stuff up a few hours before game time but I guess I feel like it'd be better to post this earlier. Gives more time to "talk" ya know...
