I am trying to figure out the best way to get my backups more playing time, they play on ST, and in every possible situation that I dont want the starters in. What is the best ratio to set my advanced energy numbers to, to ensure that they are getting a couple more plays a game. Right now its my CB's im concerned with, I have the advanced sub rate at 70-80 Should I drop the 70 o 60, or what do I need to do? Thanks for the help.
