Your owner Chaingangsoxfan lacks a lot of class. After promising me I would be his starting HB, he traded me, without consulting me first, to a team where I will be 3rd string.

I recommend you guys find a different team with an owner you can trust; it makes the game a lot more fun.

I'm sure it made the team better, but that's irrelevant. The problem is the fact that he promised me one thing to get me on the team, and then went back on his word as soon as he could turn my trust to his advantage.

I don't know how he expects to keep a team together if his players can't trust him.

Man i am a bad owner, making my team better, what a tragady. i cant believe I trade a level 15 DE and 17 HB for a 23 DE and 23 HB? WHAT WAS I THINKING! Im pretty sure if that offer fell on your lap you would have done it too.

Why would he be joking, you're terrible at this. Just look at last year's record (and it looks like more of the same this year). The same thing happened to me during the last season. I was promised a starting spot then I was moved into a backup role 2 games later without warning. Then at the end of last season I asked to be released because I'm currently third on the depth chart and you wouldn't.

Upgrading players is one thing, promises not kept and a front office the players don't trust is another.

You can reel in those high levels all you want, when your players won't stick around season to season cuz they feel like cattle, your team will be hurt in the long run

I had several chances to upgrade at positions, but I am loyal to my players and roster and refused to do it, regardless if I coulda had a team full of lvl 20+

Either don't upgrade for loyalty for be VERY open about upgrades coming in, and give players a chance to leave if they'd like.
