i think we need a thread to discuss the zeta conference and whats going on in it.

-Venom is a cupcake team in a new A league
-Razorbacks beating the Red Bulls?
-Bucks went from under the radar powerhouse to just under the radar
-A FB got 700+ rushing yards and 12 TDs in one game
-Hellfighters - thought they would do better coming down from AAA
-To many cupcake teams? or top level teams to good?

Yum, Cupcakes!

Now that I have had too many, I don't feel too good. Just like I don't feel too good with beating up and padding stats against cupcakes. This has got to stop somehow.

Well, we'll see I guess, I can tell you the Hurricanes shouldn't be anyones cupcakes, although this first game sure didn't feel like it.

Our fault for fing up the Steams, take away the 50 kr/prs and we didn't do too bad.

The Razorbacks do have a good team, and Stucknut looks forward to meeting them in a championship game in the future.

Chiang Mai were unlucky against us. Defense dominated the game and field position was absolutely crucial. So the fact that they twice tried FGs from 80+ yards really killed them. And I'm assuming that it wasn't quite the AI setting they were trying for!

Their FB didn't quite manage 700 yards this time round, though he still broke more tackles in one game than we conceded all last season.

I've got to respectfully disagree with my boss. I think we outplayed them in the first half and deserved the win. That said, the 80 yard field goal issue was really harsh.

Really looking forward to our game against the Razorbacks. It's going to be a real nailbiter.

No doubt that you guys have seriously come on this season. I can't see how you'll miss a playoff spot, and I think you will present a real challenge to the other top teams.

Now that I think about it, I think you may have gotten too good despite still being underrated. As last season's mascot for underrated teams in Zeta, we'd appreciate it if you'd show us the proper lack of respect and start your backups next game.

Thanks!

Turbo, for the first 2/3s of last season, all of nfratami's league rankings and calculations had the Bulls around 6 or 7 or so in the league (of course, we ended up losing to the Titans twice, so our rating was fairer than it looked during the regular season).

I haven't looked at the Buddhas and Flash, but my guess is that they are probably doing ok and will be mid-table (once their schedules even out).
