=((Points Scored-Points Allowed)/(Games Played)/(2))+(Overall Team Rating/2)+((Wins*2)+(Opponent Wins/Games Played/2))
As they have already stated - the rankings will change as more games are played since the rankings take into account opponent wins and this was only the first game.
