Warrior General Games

This set of rankings has nothing to do with math. I just took a quick gander at everyone's rosters and made a list. That's it. Take it for what it's worth, which isn't much because a ton of players may boost tomorrow. But I felt we needed a preseason ranking for Zeta and I was bored. I'd also like to see how close I came at the end of the year

This is my list as of 08/01/2008

This is the only thing worth looking at in this thread.

That's why I put it there. Like when they put "Do Not Attempt" on the screen when you see a commercial for jumping off a cliff. Then again, if you do come in 7th...won't you look stupid Sorta like predicting you'll meet a team in the Zeta championship in the playoffs and losing in the 1st round...hope I never do that. Discounting where you put Vanuatu and the Brisbane Heat (simply because I do not know much about them) I think yours looks closer to what I would put, except I would give Rawle Tech a small edge over the Gods. Also not sure if FFLivewire should be that high either, maybe a spot or 2 down.

I was surprised as I went down the list and thought about certain teams that I hadn't added yet. This conference is definitely improved from last season. I did consider dropping the Cans below Tongan and bumping the Titans above the Gods.

Yeah, and of course we are going off of last season's data too.
I know all of the competetive teams in the league have made trades and acquisitions in the off-season so only time will tell how it all plays out.

IMO, all of the top 10 are competitive enough to win nearly any given game, and Big Island gave more than one team a scare last season. If they beefed up they could be a sleeper this season.
Not sure about Co-op City, Saipan and Jakarta as they are still below the radar, but I am fairly certain that the bottom 2 teams will not be that competitive whether trying or not.
That is unfortunate for the Shellbacks especially (even a polywog knows it should be WESTPAC though versus Westpac) since they are the latest Zeta gutting victim.

He's just trying to keep our salaries down. If he ranks us lower, he doesn't have to pay us as much $$$!
