I do not understand the reasoning behind playing on a Pro team or some certain type of division (only Asia or no Western Europe). Why does it matter? Could someone please explain why it is so MUCH BETTER to play on a Pro team than say a AAA or AA team. Is there supposedly more money available? Is the competition really THAT much better. Just do not get it...

The level of competition depends on the other owners in the leagues. Canada AAA is one of the most competitive leagues in GLB but players rather be in USA...

Agreed, just cuase it says PRO doesn't mean anything. Look at the leagues and notice PLUNTY of AAA / non USA "pro" are solid competition.
