Overall, how does he look? I know I need to work on my confidence, vision, and agility, BUT OVERALL how does he look? Would you have him play on your team?

Uber powerful. But it seems like you are making him passblocking and General. No need to work on his strenght no more, switch to working his vision first. Confidence and agility as secondary and on level up, make sure to put a little more blocking on him. He needs Blocking to maximize the effect of his SA.

But to answer your question, I wouldn't mind having him on my team. He would well with my OT
