I think if he gets at least the minimum playing time & you don't boost till the end of the season you should get up around 13 or 14 maybe?

Our whole team is based on players who were rolled on day 0 and our whole team ended up at 13 or 14, depending on playing time. Don't boost till the end of the season otherwise you will lose a couple of levels.
