1 - Tallinn - Excellent strength, and decent depth. Loan went straight into an endzone, so they have only spent about $400k in real terms.

2 - Bucharest - Decent strength and insane depth. Loan and stadium corner means they've done it at a real cost of about $700k. Impressive.

3 - Morgantown - Similar to Tallinn. Strength is very impressive, while depth is big on quantity (although not always quality). Loan stright into endzone means this team has done all this for just over $300k. Maybe need to tie some guys down for longer.

4 - Rostov-on-Don - Quietly a very solid team with excellent depth. Loan went straight into an endzone, so real spending is only about $550k.

5 - Belarus - Reasonable in both strength and depth, Belarus's main achievement is how cheaply it was all done. The loan and their own half-million into two stadium corners - so this team was built, in real terms, for just $150k! These guys have a plan...

6 - Whatsamatta - Poor man's Morgantown with decent strength, and depth in numbers. Still the 6th best team, depite lack of stadium investment. Team cost of around $700k is fairly average

7 - Saratov - Incomplete but wealthy. Spent just $250k on a solid set of players so far, and received half-a-million surplus cash from the loan after the stadium corner was built. Some of that money will need to be spent on speedsters, but there's the makings of a reasonable outfit here.

8 - Katowice - Deceptively cheap as they, like Belarus, have 2 corners of their stadium built. So, reasonable group of players was brought in for just $350k. Solid D-line will have to be on form with that defensive back-7 though.

9 - Bratislava - Having most of their guys contracted into season 7 is efficient. However, choosing not to loan+construct is not. Great offensive skill players, but a ropey o-line.

10 - Jefferson City - Low-key and sensible. Aggressive loan-double-corner on the stadium, and a fairly average playing staff - albeit on nice long contracts. Real recruitment costs only $350k so far, but lack of remaining cash wont help solve woes in the trenches. Nice secondary.

11 - Maribor - Chaotic mix of high-level, low-level and cpu. Loan straight into endzone, so only $400k spent so far. Need to remove the CPU guys asap. Having two level-12 QBs sums this team up.

12 - Vilnius - Talented but over-paid group of illegibly-named players that are more talented than 11th. However, given the half-million loan surplus from the stadium corner, this team cost around $1.35m to build. 8R4DY needs someone to pass to.

13 - Booty Bay - Spent $450k on lower-levelled guys on longer contracts. Hardly world-beaters, but stadium development was wise, and o-line is nearly excellent.

14 - Kharkiv - Where did the money go? The stadium is barely-touched, so a lot of money was invested in trades and sign-on fees. Wages are not that high, but large roster and small stadium could spell financial trouble along the way. Solid o-line.

15 - Mombasa - Very similar to Booty Bay - preferring contract length to short-term quality. A few big-time players in key roles, but some real weaknesses too. Maybe they could have got more from their $450k, and lack of real stadium activity may hurt later.

16 - Chester - That money is nearly all loan, and the stadium is still at 8000 capacity. Not all bad news, though, as the contracts are nice and long and the wages (except the QB) are very low.

Nice work based on recruitment money and stadium upgrades. Always good to know who the smart owners are.

+1 I dont know how you have Tallinn at the top though, we have yet to recruit our second team players.

It is an honor though, thanks for the early (and meaningless) recognition.

Nice job....I have Tallinn on top also..gonna have an outstanding O line. Still early will see what Day 1 releases sign with the teams then we will have a solid picture. Nice job on a 150k budget team...that is amazing..you should set up a GLB workshop, i would attend.

Looking forward to getting this thing moving.

Actually the loan was taken and then paid back straight away as I wasn't actually sure how it all worked on the stadium build. The money we have is all from ticket sales.

Whats up Darkus... Wish I would have known you were getting a team... This is a hard place for me... My players went to Slappdog, but GeauxTigahs is a fellow LSU fanatic, and Darkus is my QB on Death Valley, and a great guy....

I almost feel like home in this forum like DV.......... I also got a team this year Darkus and wish the Incas the best next season as well... Now lets kick ass and move up with Cusco please...

Hey tiger, it was a surprise to me that I got a team, I had almost forgotten that I put myself on the list. I was without internet access for a while due to a house move and came back to discover I had one and that I was very behind on the recruitment.

Luckily we have managed to get some recruitment going and whilst we are down the list for this season, we are here for the long haul so we will quietly simmer away down here waiting to do some damage.

Looking forward to another great season with DV and have a few more players on Cusco now so they will get more than just my mighty leg - incidentally was responsible for 13 of the 19 points in that final game and not even a thank you. Can you imagine?

HA... it was brutal.. In all honesty for all first year teams it is "almost" self destructive to win in year one and move up.. you will be fine.. very knowledgeable, very honest, and a fun guy.. your team will love playing for you and your talent will come up quick..

One of our hidden strengths is that we have our real life players from the real Chester Romans on the team so there is strong team loyalty so they will be in it for the long term. And when that cap lifts. BOO YAH!

It is going to be fun playing against, and with you, this season. Hope I win. Ha.
