I'm guessing speed needs some work and possibly agility or vision. Should I still focus heavily on just str and blocking?

Get both strength and blocking to the 61 soft cap. Then get vision and agility to 48 soft cap while training speed to 30.

Here's my lvl 26 RG for comparison. Needless to say with the changes to the game, I'm waiting for the HB to catch me on the outside.

No need to wok strenght higher, but do get blocking to the 61 cap.
I wouldn't focus on speed until your vision and agility is up. Train them both at first and on level up, out 2 points in both and 1 in speed. When you hit the 48 softcap, switch training to speed.
