I imagine that there will be a large percentage of teams out there (out of 1024 teams released) with CPU players as their starters. It's a shame. I think almost it would have been beneficial to release just 500 teams this season.
There's still a lot of players available out there, but when it's lower levels you don't know how dedicated those guys are. Add to that the insanely inflated asking prices on any players 13 or under and it's a formula for fail. We barely got our roster in under the chemistry hit wire. Two guys signed after, and I think that pretty much fills our depth chart.
When level 13s can get 90k+ you know the market is screwed. My level 19 QB doesn't even make that much. You're supposed to be able to hire 40 players at that rate AND pay salary all year? With 60k+ bonus for every player? Come on.
I hope at some point the demand for teams settles down and we don't have to spend every off-season fighting for rookies that want more cash than established players can get. Seems like it's that or do like some guys and spend a grand on FP so you can make a team out of all your own players. Bet those forums are a laugh a minute, though.
The WR bargaining is insane. i had several want 100k signing bonus's and 100,000 year salaries and they were only lvl 12!
with this kind of salary demands how are we to compete with a full squad of human players? I've been talking to level 5 guys wanting the cost of their lvl 16 equipment covered on 1 year deals. they wont even be on the team by the time they hit 16 more than likely!
I've found it very frustrating as the "forum" formulas for salaries aren't even close to what is actually being given out. if you've gotten a good deal, its cause ya know the guy, the guy is new, or its you own player for the most part.
I'm in total fear of being outside of my salary cap range. does anyone know of guides in terms of how much we expect to make in season?

Yeah, it's ridiculous, I mean I can understand if they Boost and buy Custom Equipment, but most of them don't even do that.
I am only missing about 6 players for having a full roster...very hard to recruit...I had a wide rec sent a message back to me saying thatif I gave his level 6 50,000 bonus and a daily of 1500 he would sign...I let him know he wasnt playing for me....rookies.
Unbelievably hard to recruit anyone with a brain let alone a solid build. Can't believe these Fa's are asking for that kind of money - For What? - EGO!! We've been able to sign most players at reasonable salaries & a couple for slightly higher wages. The forum boards are ridiculous, posts don't stay there very long before you have to scroll back 4-5 pages. Anyway, good luck to everyone this season.
Rather lose than lose the franchise. If people need that kind of money, then they don't understand the game and probably do'nt understand their builds. Def. don't understand team-concept or winning. All about beatng their chests and getting stats for them. I don't mess with those kinds of people. I take lesser builds with good people who will do their due-diligence nad ultimately have a super strong team.
Don't give into these assholes (like many do) and the game will be better off because of it.
I barely filled out my roster. Got a few players backing up out of position. A lot of lower level guys. The market definitely wasn't in the team's favor.
