If anyone is curious I compiled this about 2.5 hours ago, but here are the current average levels of each Alpha team:

14.74 Danish (relegated team)

Nope, never found the answer to the Coventry Owls (HOLDING TEAM) thing.

I though that perhaps, there is an admin examinating the team to give it to a GM or something like that. That's perhaps the explanation, holding any move of player before there's a new owner

All I did was copy and paste each team's roster into an excel spreadsheet and then got an average for the level column.

thanks for your time but Chemistry will make a difference. Its a good outline of the teams!
