Have ya started selling tickets yet?

I'm not an owner, but I GM the Grizzlies. We have not started selling yet. We are adding the $1.5 mil endzone, and I'm excited to see how well we sell season tickets... I imagine once we get to day 0 of season 4 tickets will start selling....

That is right, kevdawg... Actually it could come sooner this season. Reason being is that we are going to start with "Season 4 Day -2" or something like that. It's to accomodate the two pre-season scrimmages we have to try out the new AI. We could start selling season tickets and advance tickets on those days.

I thought from Bort's post that we would start selling tickets in the offseason meaning after day 40... Before "Season 4" actually starts... I wonder how many days of 40+ we are going to have? I think we should make money off of the pre-season games... At least, concessions should earn us a little.

Last year we went to day 46 or 47 unless I'm mistaken.. and I don't recall selling any tickets until day 0 of season 3.. if we start with like -2 or something, that would probably be the first day for ticket sales. I expect us to go to at least day 43 in this season though.. I could be wrong, but who knows.

what he trying to say... is that we have about 700K+ wants to do an upgrade of about 1.5 million and that would make him negative of -800k. On day 1 season 4 would he make his money back. or how much would they receive on Day 1.

I am ready to start playing again....

You cannot build stadium to negative money. You have to have the money before you can build, if that is the question.

If you were asking about just selling tickets I believe the first tickets sold on day 0 of season 3 last year or somewhere in that area. After this off-season is over there will be at least one day before the season starts.

With the scrimage games this year there may actually be longer.

I would bet this off season will probably last 5-6 days with all the changes and maybe as long as 8 days.

I am so bored with off-season.... Other than recruiting players, there is not much to do... All the players, since they don't get points to train, have taken a break for now.

We'll have plenty cash to do the stadium upgrades I want as long as we don't go below 500k.. which we shouldn't, we're pretty much done signing except for a few backups.

You have to have the money. You can take a loan for 1.5 million and can only take one loan at a time. This coming season, you have to have money to do anything, including paying your players. Your players start missing paychecks, and you could have a mutiny.

Yeah that is going to be interesting this year, watching players bail when the money dries up.... I like the idea though, it is going to take some good planning...
