I never like to put anyone in that last slot... but someone's gotta be there. I had to put the Maniax last purely based on player levels.

To be fair, the groups are constructed to have broadly equal teams in them... so the rankings aren't necessarily specific. I put the teams within the groups based on strength, but sometimes there was so little to go on and the teams were so even that I put one team above another because I liked their name better.

Glasgow is under new ownership but 90% of the team is back, the D-cord took over, owner didn't have time, still on team. You may want to redo your predictions a little.
