Looking for a team for my LB. Left on good terms from my old team (the owner did not have enough time to run the team, so we all disbanded). I will be boosting in season 4 and have purchased the +6 on custom equipment.

Preferably looking for a starting position, or backup only if the team is running with 1-2 total LB backups.

My current plans for the player are to keep training confidence and jumping up, along with some tackling (if the changes to wrap up tackling prove to be too much for his current tackling level). I'll be allocating my points from leveling to capping vision and speed, and also putting some more in strength afterward.

I am a new GM of the Spider Monkeys. We are a PRO team and I was brought in to retool the whole team with PRO quality players. I am only looking to add quality builds with good stats to the team to ensure we start winning some games. Check out our last game vs. what we did in the season and you can already see positive affects from what we are doing. Here is our team strategy:


On Offense:
We want an overpowering O-Line first and foremeost. If your O-Line can keep your QB protected and block for the run then you can beat anybody. We like to stay balanced, but will play to our strengths. I would like a team that can match up week to week based on the opponent and run 65% one week and pass 65% the next week while still being very effective. I think a balanced offense is the most effective offense.

On Defense:
I like to play fast and aggressive. I like LBs, Safeties, and CBs that are extremely fast and can get after the ball. That will make it very difficult for teams to pass on us which seems to be the preferred offense for most teams. I like DTs that are as strong as an OX and make it difficult for teams to run up the middle with DEs that are balanced with strength, agility, and speed. When our defense is built the way I want it to be it will be a thing of beauty with aggressive schemes, close man-to-man coverage and a shutdown mentality.
