Well, everyone have fun this morning? Because I know im sure as hell not. As usual, the market is very competitive during the offseason. Doesnt help that im sure most of us are going for the same prospects either. I have already run into a few guys that I noticed the Night Riders were recruiting as well.

Once everything settles down Ill try to get some season 4 preseason rankings up.

Oh an has anyone spent serious time playing with the new advanced AI controls yet?

the AI controls make my head hurt.

The new controls are crazy. I'm sure it'll be nice once we get the hang of it though. Recruiting is what we thought it was! The forums are running on a TI-85, the players all want to start and there are tons of teams looking to sign them. I love GLB!

My head is still spinnin from the AI.

Uganda Silverbacks have been trying to recruit every single WR on the board. And why do guys bump players' threads they are trying to recruit by saying "Sent PM." I'm pretty sure they know you sent the PM since they probably got it. All you are doing is creating more competition for yourself by keeping that player at the top of the forums. Anyways, It was almost impossible to improve my team much this year despite having a great season and only needing a few pickups because we are retaining most of the team.

I usually bump other threads to lower the one Im going for

But the Bees wont be doing too much recruiting this year though. The market is crazy.

I have been having the exact same thought! If the threads on the top anywase I will usually post our team link as well as a "we want you this ________ bad" type of message. The Marvins dont have much we need nor is anything so important that we are to the point of desperation so we can take a relaxed approach at this, but man is it frustrating.

Kalahari has upgraded tremendously this season. I've been fortunate to have many friends in this game. We're not done yet and have at least 2 to 3 super studs coming in. Been a awesome off-season. Guaranteed we will be better this season.

Ive got one position that im looking for and one position that I cant sign. Unfortunately ive had 3 prospects at that position that have signed to other teams in this league. DAMN YOU teams that I wont name!!!

Doing a quick glance at most of the teams it seems that alot of the middle of the road teams are much improved while the top teams have only made one or two big additions each. I have a feeling the league as a whole will be alot more competitive this season.
