It depends on the team, really.
For a run-first team, I'd say get Speed and Agility up, as the center is the most likely to be able to get upfield and block a linebacker.
For a pass-first team, I'd say get Agility and Confidence up, in preparation for making the Line General SA work the best.
Vision is important for both.
