I threw 21 picks last year and looking for some advice on my build

looks like the standard build that I've seen....and done myself. I've seen it produce 30 tds in a season...or 30 picks. Or anywhere in between.

Get the confidence up to 50 asap.

Your guy is solid. could have a lot to do with your receivers. take off all favorites and don't favor the long ball.


and while you're at it train agility. get it up to 20-25 so you're not under pressure so much. it will help a little bit to throw better passes.
