I currently play for a team that seems to be run by a close gathering of friends. They traded for me to be the starter but I have been getting less and less plays as the season progressed and thus being unable to level up(properly). My backup is about 4lvls behind me and after that there's another one. I dont think a team needs 2, let alone 3 FB's on the team. The two backups are owned by two of the GM's. I feel very isolated, and to make things worse, they're(the GM's and owner that runs the team) are Saints fans and I am a Buccaneers fan. I have lowered my options to these choices:
1) Ask for a release/trade
2) Ask for a 1 year deal and then become a free agent
3) Continue playing for the team

First of all, the team needs only 1 FB. There is really no use for more than one. I'd ask them to be traded/released or for them to trade/release the other FBs. In case it's not accepted, and you can't reduce your contract for 1 season, try to ask playing another positions also, as backup. TE or HB.

The problem is that the two backups are owned by two of the GM's so I'm better off asking for my release.

they traded for him so they won't let him go that easily, to the OP ask for a trade or you won't get any luck

Maybe tell the owner just what you said here ?

If he's a good teamowner he will respect your worries and try and find the best solution possible .

I would do that instead of going out demanding things without even talking to him about it first , he traded for you so I'd say you kinda owe him that atleast .
