I don't know how the schedules are determined, but how about the players and owners give recommendations as to who they want to face next year. We've got a full season, so more than likely, you'll be facing everybody in your conference, but what cross-conference team will you want to face next year? For me, I would like to face Moose Jaw...always want to face the best, no matter how bad they'd clobber me. A7 is top quality.

It's done been done bysome sort of random selection in the past. But there has beensome suggestions made to change the format including making it a preseason game that doesn't count towards the standings.
