Do not put another point into SA's until at least level 16. Even then I would suggest waiting until level 20.
Despite what people say do not ever train or put points into tackling.
Don't neglect confidence. It is important for guards.
IMO, you should pick strength or blocking and get it to the 2pt soft cap and then get the other to the 2pt soft cap. Then get them both to the 3pt cap. Do this before investing in any SA's. IMO, you should work on strength first as the RG often goes solo or assists in blocking very strong NTs.
RGs pull a lot (depends on how much your team runs to the outside) so they do need some mobility.
Pancakes are overrated so don't worry if you don't get a lot of them. It's very important to watch the games to see how your RG is doing. Adjust accordingly.
