Hey, just like to say Hi to everyone and i am the owner of the 101ST Airborne originaly the team was named differently but now i am the owner and have tons of cleaning up to do. because the previous owner ran the team into the ground.

you're team isn't that bad right now, all u need to do is fill in those Charts and do decent gameplanning, i don't see why u can't go at least 4 wins.

most of us started with nothing. im sure turning it around wont be nearly as difficult as it may seem. there are very good teams in this conference, who would probably be good in AA's as well......they started with less than you have now. recruiting, gameplanning, and a little sweat should make you guys legit soon enough.

Yes but he won't have a season under his belt as far as that stuff goes. I know for a fact it's much harder getting a late start. Sure he has the whole offseason, but I don't see them on an even playing field until they try the tactics with their team and build it how they want it... which takes time.
