well depends on how long the off season is. day 40 is the last day of season 3. then we will prolly have an off season 4-7 days because im sure they will add a butt load of teams again.

Probably the first or second week of August, I'd assume.

I would venture to guess this offseason may be a little longer as there have been talk of a couple preseason games to try out the new Advanced Tactics.
