We have already seen the Western Conference Final in the regular season. So we know as of right now who is the best but it could change. But we haven't seen this match up and may, be the most wanted match up of all the possible match ups at the begining of the Post-Season. I know I wanted to see it happen and I'm glad to see both team handle theirs in the early rounds to get it here. So Who do you think will win?

My guess is that at the end of the game the team with the most points will win the game. lol So what if I take the easy way out. Bet I pick the winner though.

I wish the game was tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow. The anxiety will kill me! Good luck to the Maniacs.

I have to say this....Yukon and Montreal have both been bragging a lot, and they've backed it up. I've read about a great number of people whining about it, and quite frankly, the only way to shut them up is to beat them. Kid Rock once said ,"It ain't braggin' mutherf---- if you back it up." Quite frankly, if one or the other loses, though, I predict some whining on the losers' part, and I hope I'm wrong. For those of you wounded by the bragging, a football coach once said, "The importance of this game is not to win gracefully, just to win." and, if you win gracefully, more power to you, but it's not that important. I think some members of Yukon have been especially funny. But, with the bragging comes the hating, and while I'm not one of them, I think some folk take the hating too personally. Go ahead and flame me for that, I know everything you've got to say against me....plus, I don't take it personally, it's just a game.

I agree with the it's just a game part, but all of my coaches ALWAYS preached sportsmanship. We were penalized if we taunted or trash talked, and, quite frankly, it doesn't have a place on the field. Like the famous coach, George Allen, said to one of his players after he celebrated a touchdown in the endzone, "Act like you have been there before!" He understood that taunting and trash talking were beneath his players and himself. I think sportsmanship has been lost somewhere this generation; everyone wants the highlight and to trash talk/demean their opponents. I just personally believe it is better to win with humility than to win and trash talk.......but, I also believe that the sole purpose of playing is to win. You can't take the field and just be happy to be there. I agree with a few of your points, DL, but not all of them. Just the opposite side of the coin there.

I am not saying I disagree with you, Corav, and when any team I'm on is on a roll like this, then I'll probably be as graceful about it. It simply doesn't work like that for some people. I believe that Paul Bryant gave my original quote, but to think of it all, I think it's just talk. Joe Namath, Don Shula, Ray Lewis, Dieon Sanders, and a slough of others ran their mouths. It's mainly aimed at getting to those who oppose them, and to get an upper hand somewhere. Not everyone can be Barry Sanders or Zack Thomas.

Sadly, you are right. It would be nice if there were more Marino's, Montana's, and Aikman's in the world. Just guys that get it done, stay humble, thank their teammates and continue to play to the best of their abilities. Those that run their mouths never seem to realize that "actions speak louder than words." To the best of my knowledge, though, those names you mentioned don't hold major records in the NFL, they are just remembered for their antics. (I know Shula was 17-0 as coach of the Dolphins, but that was his players mostly).

Guaranteed you won't see any whining from the Pwners if we were to lose. We know our team will play great and in the end, this all comes down to a simulation based on some equations.

Also, you might notice that we've stopped talking so much as we've moved up the rankings. We talked a lot when we were ranked #4 in the East and KNEW we were better than at least 2 of the teams ahead of us (Montreal and Alert - whom we have since beaten). Now that we are ranked closer to where we deserve we have been a lot quieter about it. We still feel we're #1, based on strength of schedule but unfortunately that is not a comparison that can be made right now because everyone didn't get a chance to play each other. I guess we'll find out the truth tomorrow!
