I know he has to improve his agility for next season due to the 3-4 (I plan to get it to 40 then get vision to 40 and then soft cap both of them). Currently he plays LG but I would like him to run block better down field instead of just creating holes on the line for the RB to run through (which he does pretty well, some times too well when the defense blitzes and comes through the hole that my guard created ). Anyway I would like some advice on how to better build him to be more successful at the run against both 3-4 and 403 defenses.

i've got a similar build with player at that level. have put more in agility at this point. i see you've built your run block tree, but if your future is at LG, i'd probably build the pass blocking side. i suppose if you want him to get downfield, you'll need to train up speed. i think vision might be more important with the 3-4, spotting those LBs.
