I've decided we should have a Question and answer section in this league forum. Ive decided that I (everyones favoUrite poster {No Landry not that kind of poster}) should be the interviewer. This will be my first Question and answer post so If I can I would like to question Exar0s about his team so here I go.


Exar0s what is it like to own one of the best teams in the league?

Well Kensham let me tell you . . . .

We are a successful team and franchise not because of myself alone.I have the best coaching staff from special teams to General Manager.I am involved in every aspect of what we do sure, but overall the success of this team starts with the coaches and goes down to the players who have all been cooperative enough to follow the schemes and builds we set for them.

So in short, it is a great feeling and we are looking forward to the rest of the playoffs.

Who is your current GM(s) and how did you find him/them?

Current GM's are . . . . .

thaima1shu - Owner of the Seattle Monsoon and winner of the USA AA2 Championship last season.I met Thai when he signed a player of mine back during Season 2.After our Championship run together we formed a great relationship and he is more of my mentor rather than "coach" or "GM"

B3I3R - thaima1shu was kind enough to let me use the Seattle Monsoon website (subforum) to setup a pre-Viking team.B3I3R was the first coach that I hired.He is in charge of player Recruiting and overseeing the Team in case of my leave (vacation ect . .).This team was assembled by myself and B3I3R weeks before we actually received the team.

jbleich - The second coach I hired during the pre-Viking era.jbleich is the Special Teams coach (best one ever at that) and also helped recruit before we received the team.Also, anyone interested in playing for a expansion team next season contact jbleich or myself, he is a great coach and will make one hell of an owner next season.

Its Orange Baby - Orange actually owns some of the players on the Vikings roster and when I was seeking help on the offensive tactics he steeped up and became a co-offensive coordinator.I myself do most of the offensive tactics but Orange keeps me strait and looks over my tactics.

Jackhammer - The last coach I hired was Jackhammer, who came to me in a desperate time of need.I just released our current DC for inactivity and met with Jackhammer through the public forums.Jackhammer is the Defensive Coordinator for the Vikings and has done an outstanding job since being signed on (Game 4).

I also agree, but only because Exar0s seems to be a very respectable guy.
