Now that our season is over, the LOD is planning to do our next scrimmage in a way that will give the non-glam players a chance to make some highlight reels.

Once we find out who our scrimmage is against, we are proposing the scrimmage game be conducted as follows:

LOD vs. ??? in the 1st ever POP Bowl
Rules:
1. Linemen cannot play on the line & at least 2 linemen must play in the O backfield the entire game.
2. WR and TE's cannot play either position
3. All other slots must be filled by players playing out of position

Sound fun?

Make the C the HB. The overwhelming strength will mean he'll never be tackled.. but the low carrying/speed will mean after about the 7th hit he'll drop it.

This is getting a lot of enthusiasm on my team forum. Can't wait to see my gaurd break free for a 90 yard rush!

I think we'll set records for turnovers in one game.

lol.. depends on who's throwing it Line up a Punter at QB and watch the INTs pile up.

That's pretty funny. I can't wait to see the results.

Another rule (no-brainer):

4. K's and P's can't play either position.

Any more needed?

fastest player at punter

he'll catch his own punts

wr/cb at de.

he'll hop over the o line

second fastest player at qb

again, catch his own passes

I like the thinking behind it.. Just it's getting damn hard to put together a strategy already -- That, and I have a sick desire to see QB's have to play on the O'line.

It'd be embarrassing as hell to get pancaked by a QB :\

Should be Play Out Of Position Bowl. Or the POOP bowl.
