I'm very curious whether this SA benefits TEs as well, seeing that they do their share of blocking too...

I'm not 100% certain but I don't think they do. It just boosts the O-line, which I don't think strictly includes TEs.

I would think not because if you think about it. In a lot of sets the WR lines up on the line as well. Also, a great deal of 2 and 3 TE sets would be screwed because you don't ALWAYS want 2 TEs up on the line. You want one more in the backfield. I think if it helped TEs, servers would go crazy trying to pick which TEs to boost. Just my opinion though.
