My vote goes to DallasGatr of the Ottowa Gators...

- taking his team so far to the second round in the playoffs in his first year of ownership!!!
- has battled back from an 0-3 start in the beginnning of the regular season to make the playoffs.
- has won last 4 of 5 (maybe 5 of 6 now) games in a row to be in the second round of the playoofs
- During the regular season has beat at least 5 of 6 teams that have made the playoffs (and one in the playoffs)

I know I'm being a shameless homer, but everyone else is more then likely going to be as well.

Exar0s. He's incredibly involved, always on the forums, responds to PMs very quickly and genuinely wants to improve the team and keep the core players happy.

No idea who calls the plays or whatnot for each team. I do OC/DC and everything else for the Pies lol

I have no idea what the coaches on the other teams are doing to really make an intelligent vote.

2. Gathering an active group of assistant coaches that are involved.
3. Being active with the coaches, the forum and his players

A modest owner open to ideas for the team. He doesn't shut anybody's idea down until he hears them all and then makes a collective decision. His focus is for each game and how we can improve. During our 0-3 start, he didn't tremble, but rather made a few roster decisions to get the boat turned around..

If not coach of the year, come-back coach of the year.

I will happily vote for dallasGatr or whoever it is behind Ottowa's defensive planning. We came into the playoffs thinking we had too many weapons to be figured out, but the Gators solved us like a jigsaw puzzle intended for ages 2 and up.

With all due respect of course, to Exaros, classy guy from atop the mountain, and I'm kinda penalizing for the amount of talent he has at his disposal. Which is probably his responsibility too.

How could anyone accurately asses this type of cosmetic award? Haha.
