I know that teams move at the end of the season, but not sure how it works. So will the bottom team from each conference move out? If so who replaces them? Do the top 2 teams move out, and if so who replaces them?

The top 2 teams have no where to go. The bottom two teams in each conference go down to the next leagues. And the top two teams from the lower leagues move up. So 4 down and 4 up.

Bottom 2 teams in each conference are relegated, replaced by the playoff final teams from AAA#1 and AAA#2.

Who replaces who exactly, no idea.

Bort mentioned in a thread last off season that the promoted/relegated teams are assigned to the conferences randomly.

^ no, they get the same conference, but their leagues are random.

So, the bottom two in Lion will go to Lion in AAA #1 and #2, but whether the 15 goes to 1 or 2 is random...however they WILL go to Lion.
