Do I have Alzheimers or is this a new team? It says they were 8-8 in the east. Since I don't follow the east I don't know who they are.

It's the Chicago Grizzlies.
I received an email from the owner of the Grizzlies this morning, he's another one of the guys who came out of our Chicago Bear bulletin board, and he's quitting the game. He put the team up for sale and I see the new owner has already changed the name.
Now, we'll have to see if all those Bear fans want to play for the new owner, on a team with a new identity, or drift over to ours or "MB" Bears teams.

Some are staying, alot are leaving. The new owner Ptownhuff seems nice enough, and has a lot of players so he should know a thing or two about the game. I would rather play the game with others I know so I will be leaving, but can't be released till the end of the playoffs. They will have some rebuilding to do but I think the team will be OK in a few seasons.

He changed the identity of our team. I want out but he wont cut me. He said only trade me. Kinda sucks cause I signed to play with the old owner. I liked him. I have a level 19 cb with 10 ints this season and a level 20 ot with over 65 strength. I was also going to be the d cordinator for next season. Im looking for a new team now. I dont like the way the owner is trying to change our team. He deleted all our old forum threads even the advice one. Changed our name and is saying we have to honor our contacts with the old owner. Only fair to let us leave since he is changing the team so much. Basically every player wants out. I havent heard from one that wans to stay.
