Warrior General Games

Now that this loss is sinking in I have to vent because I am a little upset. Congrats to the Stallions but, WTF. We have lost 6 games this season. Our biggest loss was to BC by 9. We led that game going into the 4th. We then lost to a weaker Sicily team because of turnovers by 7. Missed 2 field goals in the last 2 mins vs Rosklide lost by 2. Led Munich into the 4th. Lost by a TD. Took an early lead on Porto and ended up losing by 6. Now The Stallions beat us by 1. We had the ball inside the 10 twice in the 4th and settled for field goals. One late in the game and instead of going for it on 4th and 1 inside the 5 we kick a FG and they of course run out the clock. When the hell will we catch a break? We might be 11-6 but, we Could easily be 17-0. This team has busted their ass all season and to fall short that much sucks. I know every team can say the same thing if we did that or that but, I really believe we have one of the elite teams in this league and our record doesn't show it. Well I am saying right now next season we are out for blood. I have enjoyed playing in this league but, next season will be the last we are in it. We can't move down so you figure out where we are going. By the way I hope we play the Stallions first. No I change my mind I hope you guys win the championship so we can say we were put out by the champs. Go VOLS!

GOOD GAME VOLS, GREAT GAME PORTO. WE LOST TO A BETTER TEAM TODAY. JUST HAVE TO COME BACK AND WIN IT NEXT YEAR.

Well let me say this about Global Gym, they are a tough team now. They did not let us in the endzone and it took 6 FGs (3 LONG ones) and a safety to win. Good team and will be a force in the coming season.

I'd prefer BCK to win, as I honestly like our chances against them better than the Stals, of course, we have to AX some other team first, which in itself is a monumental task.

I feel so badly for whatever new team comes into Alpha next year, our league is quite tough and we will all beat up on any new squads.

I know you feel very sad after a loss, but it's true when you say almost everybody can say the same things for their losses...
However, our rivalry took a milestone today, and even if i hope not, i think next year will be another (maybe two) hard fight between our teams....

Congrats Jay, it could have gone either way, it went ours but doesnt mean much, in a sim game when you win by 1 it means even...I can only congrat my fellow Stallions on closing the gap with the finest team we have played in regular season (HV had us down by 21 before a late rally), and the Vols on a great season! Hope not to play you next season, but if we do it will be a privilege...

Jay you guys have the Stals figured out pretty well. I honestly think the Stals will win this league if we dont

Looking through that forum, I can't sympathize for that guy. Why? This is a BETA game! As a tech developer myself, I take the word "beta" seriously, and you all should too. Beta, in not so certain terms means, "it's your ass, but we're working on it".

Don't get me wrong. I still enjoy this game and understand it is still being worked on to be made better. At least all our losses were competitive. I was just complaining because I am a poor loser. You won't meet many more people who are as competitive as I am. I hate to lose. I am not saying we were the best team and got robbed of it by the game all I was saying is it would have been nice to come out on top of just one of the big games we played this season. I think GLB is great and playing in this league with you guys has been a blast. I look forward to next season and hopefully we can get over the hump of being the team who can almost beat anybody.
