Okay.. Here are your top 5 players from both divisions, rank them 1-5 and I will tally them up. Each 1st place vote is 5 points, each second place is 4, 3rd place 3, 4th place 2 and 5th place is 1. (Kinda like the heisman voting.) And please people, be serious with this so it might actually sort of mean something. FEEL FREE TO WRITE IN YOUR OWN NOMINATIONS, BUT BE REALISTIC! And I think everyone can agree, no more than ONE of their own players may be voted for.

Candidates:

Frankfurt Crusaders: QB Stone Gossard
472/735 64.2 Completion %, 4,929 Passing Yards 10.4 Per Completion, 38 TD/8 INT, 96.2 QB Rating, 291 First Downs

Bow Street Runners: HB Marco Wanderlei
1,899 Rushing Yards, 5.3 Per carry, 26 TD/3 Fumbles Lost, 86 First Downs

London Rippers: HB D- Money-$
1,936 Rushing Yards, 5.1 Per Carry, 27 TD/4 Fumbles Lost, 110 First Downs

IKK Fu Rabid Mutineers: QB Johnny Suave
345/532 64.8 Completion %, 3,319 Passing Yards 9.6 Per Completion, 26 TD/13 INT, 88.2 QB Rating, 189 First Downs

Bow Street Runners: G Brody D'Faroth
231 Pancakes (60 more than the next best lineman) 42.1 Plays per game.

Honorable Mention:
Bow Street Runners: HB Jonah "The Beef" Lomo
1,628 Rushing Yards, 5.2 Per Carry, 16 TD/1 Fumbles Lost, 90 First Downs

Frankfurt Crusaders: HB Mike McCready
1,683 Rushing Yards, 4.5 Per Carry, 28 TD/2 Fumbles Lost, 108 First Downs

Okay, my top 5 and reasons why:

1. Stone Gossard: Leads the league in just about every passing category, and has the most first downs of any player.

2. Marco Wanderlei: Has been solid all year, the only reason I had McCready above him was for the TDs, but he's gained too much ground on him. Solid RB. Hope to see you guys in the playoffs.

3. D- Money-$: Won the rushing title, but didn't impress me with his YPC or his lost fumbles.

4. Johnny Suave: Solid QB, knows how to get the job done. Helped Keep IKK Fu from plummeting all the way to the bottom.

5. Brody D'Faroth: Best offensive lineman in the league.

Just to make the voting clear here are the standings after just my vote:
1. Stone Gossard:5 points
2. Marco Wanderlei:4 points
3. D- Money-$-3 points
4. Johnny Suave:2 Points
5. Brody D'Faroth:1 Point

If anyone disagrees with this method, speak now.. lol

Because defensive players win MVP's?

You refusing to vote, should have amounted to you keeping quiet and out of the way.
You go do some research and post for a defensive MVP.

Traitor, BSR!

1. Stone Gossard
2. Marco Wanderlei
3. Brody D'Faroth
4. Jonah Lomo
5. Tone Romo

My HB votes are based on YPC and the number of rushes needed to make the rushing yards claimed...

Brody is clearly top O-lineman and Stone Gossard's been the key to his team's success.

But it's worth pointing out that Tone Romo's closer behind Gossard than the stats show, as he's had less passes and less TDs due to relative successes of the teams they play behind.

Romo did have a great year, I had him over gossard in my first voting in like.. week 8, but the qb rating doesn't lie.
