Does anyone know if we get hits to our support if we lose scrimmages? I also have two entries for money coming in for scrimmages, is this true?

Basically I'm asking if I should actually try and win the scrimmage games or does it matter to finances and support?

Since this is my first team I'd like to know this too. I'm hoping to not see the scrimmages but if I do it would be good to know.

scrimmages don't affect finances, I would assume support also

Scrimmages don't matter at all. AT ALL. No effect, no money, no support. My #1 Samoa team in Oceania last year had my linebacker returning kicks and lined up in the slot.

Have fun during the scrimmages. Work on stuff and get better. Wish we would have a preseason game for stuff like this also.

Actually, Scrimmages do affect win streaks, which can amplify your support gains/losses. If you go into next season with a 4 game win streak from scrimmages, your first win will get you 10 low income, 5 medium and 3 high for support.

At least, that's how it worked last year. We didn't actually lose support during scrimmages, but we did have our win streak intact.

And yes, you can inflate the hell out of concession prices, and tickets. I set mine on Samoa to 3x tickets and sold out first day with 100 support across the board.

Moose is correct. Same thing as we went undefeated with Gulf Coast in USA in scrimmages and are now sitting at 20 million in the bank with 100% high income support.

Energy levels do not matter in scrimmages, btw. You play at 100 energy even if you are at 65 showing green. That was the case last season.

Damn, if I would have known about the support help that moved into next season I would have actually looked at the other team. That said a 7-12 loss to an 8-8 team without gameplanning doesn't look so bad.

I charged max prices from game 1 to 9 for concessions (who would expect anything different from a team named the Bandits?)
