Last season, Alpha won the round of inter-conference games 12-4.

Whilst it would be unrealistic to think that Alpha would be able to repeat this feat this season, I predict Alpha will come out top with 10 - 6 ...

Anybody else care to predict the outcome of today's games?

Christiania Tigers vs. Hamburg Firestorm
Hamburg Lightning vs. Frankfurt Sentinals - Difficult one to split.
Paris Gloutons vs. Stockholm Assassins
Madrid Tigers vs. London Avengers
Chi-Town Bombers vs. Atlanta Conchords
Porto Billy Goats vs. Team Liquid
Little Italy Goodfellas vs. NFLUK Dover Vikings
Permian Panthers vs. Dublin Devils
Paris Philharmonic vs. Grass Root Divots - Another 50/50.
Lyon Demons vs. Buckingham Wild Boars
Canterbury Crimson Crusaders vs. London Bridges - Tough one again.
Copenhagen Cheetahs vs. Eindhoven Eagles
Paris Dream Bolts vs. Berlin Spartans
NFLUK Manchester Fire vs. Helsinki Towers
London Minotaurs vs. Húsavík Whalers
Yorkshire Blades vs. Omaha Beach Blackshirts

So I have it 8-8, but there's 4 that could go either way (so could end up 11-5).

The GRD vs Paris Philharmonic is going to be a hum-dinger.

Whoops, I've got the Dream Bolts and Gloutons mixed up in my head. Too many Paris teams!

I say whoever comes out of Alpha should be the favourite. Then again, that team might be too doggone tired to put up much of a fight; they'd have spent all their energy knocking out all the heavyweights in their own conference!
